Bua Tong Sticky Waterfall (Nam Phu Chet Si) is one of the most unusual waterfalls in Thailand: the limestone rocks are not slippery, so you can climb up the waterfall barefoot with the water running over your feet. About 1 hour north of Chiang Mai, surrounded by jungle, with a ropes path for help and the colourful spring pool at the top.
The Giant Rain Tree stands alone in the lake of the Mae Ngat dam - one of the "Unseen Chiang Mai" spots, reached by private long-tail boat.
